No Guarantees
While we work with vetted service providers, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific repair outcomes or timelines.
- Insurance claim approval or settlement amounts.
- Availability of services during peak demand (such as major flood events).
- The accuracy of damage assessments, which are professional opinions based on visible and measurable factors.
Our flood damage checker provides an indicative severity assessment based on the information you supply. It is not a substitute for a professional in-person inspection.
Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the flooding incident.
- Not attempt to start a flooded engine (we provide this guidance for your safety, but the decision is yours).
- Follow up with your insurance company and relevant authorities as advised.
- Pay service providers directly for any services rendered (our coordination service is free unless otherwise stated).
Third-Party Services
We connect you with independent service providers. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and conditions. MyFloodedCar is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by third parties.
We vet our partner providers for quality and reliability, but we do not control their operations. Any disputes regarding services should be raised directly with the provider, though we are happy to assist in mediating where possible.
